Minimum quantities and pricing depend on the product, leather and personalization. Send your approximate quantity—even if you are still planning—and request a quote. Product costs, engraving, any setup or sample charges, packaging, shipping and applicable tax will be confirmed before you order.

Ask about precision laser engraving directly into the leather, done in our workshop. We will confirm which products suit your artwork, the engraving area, placement and cost. Leather color and grain affect how engraving appears; exact printed brand-color matching is not promised.

You can send the inquiry before your artwork is ready. Tell us whether you have a logo file, names or initials. We will confirm the file format needed and the available artwork review or sample options, including any fees, before production. Only provide artwork you have permission to use.

Include the date you need the gifts in hand and the delivery destination. Timing depends on quantity, material availability, customization and the production schedule. Bulk and custom projects need their own confirmed timeline; standard retail processing times do not guarantee delivery for a corporate order. Ask about a rush project before placing it.

Our range includes American bison leather goods, Wickett & Craig leather belts and other leather accessories. Tell us which product and leather you prefer. Available colors, dimensions and quantities will be confirmed in your quote. Natural grain and color variation are part of full-grain leather, so pieces will not look perfectly identical.

Tell us whether you need a physical sample, a set of products, multiple colors or different names on each piece. We will confirm feasibility, availability, any minimums and additional costs. Samples and gift sets are quoted individually rather than assumed to be included.

Include your packaging needs and whether you need one bulk shipment or deliveries to individual recipients. We will confirm available arrangements, costs and destinations before you order. For international projects, customs charges and import responsibilities need to be confirmed as well. Please do not put recipient address lists in this initial form.

List any purchasing requirements in your inquiry, including an invoice, purchase order, tax-exempt documentation or vendor onboarding paperwork. Payment methods, deposits, due dates and any document requirements must be agreed before the order is accepted. Purchase-order acceptance, credit terms and tax exemption are subject to confirmation.

Review quantities, spelling, artwork and delivery details carefully before approving the order. Changes become limited once production begins. Under our refund policy, custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. Contact us promptly if there is an issue; your quote will confirm any project-specific terms.

Use the same form and include your previous order reference or describe the earlier design. We will check material availability, current pricing and timing. For an idea beyond the current range, share the intended use, approximate dimensions and quantity so we can assess whether our workshop can make it.
