Size guide
  • Measure an existing belt prong-to-hole; that’s your size.
  • Or add 2 inches to pants waist.
  • Five holes at 1 in spacing; 1.5 in width fits standard loops.
  • Custom lengths available on request.

The leather
  • Shrunken-grain bison leather, tanned stateside to strict eco standards, tightens its fiber structure for incredible strength.
  • Stacking two hides gives uncompromising body; the jet-black pull-up picks up graphite tones with wear.
  • Scars and grain peaks remain visible, making every Frontier belt unmistakably authentic.

How it is made
  • Select hides – two 7-8 oz jet-black shrunken-grain bison and bond them flesh-to-flesh.
  • Cut the strap – 1.5" strip follows the cleanest grain line.
  • Edge work – bevel, burnish, and wax-seal for a glass-smooth finish.
  • Stitching – sewn in rich red thread for a tone-on-tone look; we can swap to any custom color you specify.
  • Punch & size – five-hole pattern at 1 in spacing; custom lengths available.
  • Install hardware – brass or silver buckle fixed with Chicago screws.
  • Oil, buff, inspect – strap is conditioned, polished, and quality-checked before shipping.
